Wilfs is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our site within 14 calendar days of receiving it (Christmas excluded). During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of a change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is defective. All items however will be checked before shipping to ensure that are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.
Exceptions: I the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.
Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.
To make your exchange process as smooth as possible and to avoid your desired item being sold out, we advise placing a new order if you want a different colour or size. You can then return the original item(s) and receive a refund.
How can I return items?
If you have purchase from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service, our delivery partner is DPD. You must have your order number. If you purchased an item in store you can only return the item back to the store.
Returning Items In-Store
You are able to return any item you purchased in-store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resaleable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 – 5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still with to make a return, a Wilfs gift voucher will be offered to you.
Returning Items by Post
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Wilfs Clothing Store, The Old Cinema, Castle Street, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, Republic of Ireland.
Returning Items by Courier / Parcel Services
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items. Arrange for your desired courier service to collect your item or drop it off yourself or arrange to have it sent to Wilfs Clothing Store, The Old Cinema, Castle Street, Mullingar, Co Westmeath, Republic of Ireland.
